Bull Surname Genealogy
The 138th Annual William Bull & Sarah Wells picnic is coming up in the next few weeks and I’ve been exchanging email with some distant cousins about ways to improve participation with the Bull Association and contribute genealogy info.
If you have any photos or scans of images having to do with the Bull picnic or any of the Bull descendants, please get a free flickr.com account and join the groups below. Once you have joined those groups, you’ll be able to add your photos to the following groups:
Additionally, there is now a Bull Surname Genealogy wiki for contributing genealogical information. Of course from the wiki you can display and link to images you have uploaded to flickr.com

Hello.
My name is Nancy Bravo Bull, I´m chilean, but my family have the BUll surname. It would be a real pleasure for me you to send me some information about this surname.
The only thing I know is that my last name comes from England, and the one who started the Bull family here in chile Came to Iquique, which is a city, and that happened in the middle of the 19th century.
Waiting for an annswer, which I will receive gratefully,
Warm regards
Nancy B. Bull

Hello, my name is Barbara Cannon McNinch. I am a Bull decendant. My Mother and Grandmother from Yoakum, Lavaca Co., Texas was a Waterwall. My Grandmother, Mildred Bertha Sophie Kuenstler was married to George DeWitt Waterwall, his father was Edgar DeWitt Waterwall and his father was George Eugene Waterwall who was married to Mary Ellen Booth. Our Booth family, Daniel Booth and Benjamin Booth were married to Phoebe Bull and Mary Bull. And onto the Bull family from New York and England. George kept the family genealogy going all these years and I have it now. I also do the other sides of my family genealogy. We have always been interested in attending a Bull Family Reunion. And have in the past recieved notices for the event. We have notice from the 1930’s and a copy of the Last Will and Testament of William Bull. Also a pic of the Goshen Stone House built by the family. Would enjoy the lastest news and Reunion day and time. Thank you. Barbara McNinch Jean (Waterwall) Cannon

Marc, the Bull genealogy Wiki seems not to be working. I’m out of the line of William BULL and Sarah WELLS’ son John.

Many years ago, I visited the Bull Stone House and purchased a geneology book on the Bull family. My brother, sister, and I were the last names listed on the Lyons branch. My family treasured that book, but it was lost, and I would like to replace it. How do I obtain a copy?

Raymond,
The “William Bull and Sarah Wells Stone House Association” still have a number of the big, blue Bull books including the 1976(?) update.
